In addition to working on the notably anticipated Socom 4, Zipper Interactive continues to show support for their 256-player first person shooter, MAG.
Firstly, after undergoing extreme beta testing in the PlayStation community, Zipper Interactive is happy to announce two all new Player Slots for fans of the massive first person shooter to enjoy. The feature will be coming to the game next week on August 31st which will allow players to break their limitations of having one PMC character at a time. Players will now be able to switch off between their favorite factions while still having all three on one console in unison. No need to worry about completely abandoning your fellow RAVEN, VALOR, or S.V.E.R brethren anymore.

Disc are so 2006! And according to Joystiq, Sony and Netflix have realized that inserting the Netflix disc is so senior status! PlayStation Netflix subscribers will be able to freely dispose of the bothersome Netflix disc come this October after a major interface change to the Streaming Service that will be cohesive to the PlayStation 3 console. EO Reed Hastings stated,
“Before our next [earnings] call in October, we expect to be launching a major new version of our Sony PS3 user interface which doesn’t require a disc, and is dynamically updated continuously with the latest Netflix UI improvements.”
Joystiq also received comments from the guys who control HuluPlus App on PlayStation 3. They said that they will,
“welcome the competition for media streaming on PS3 … and prime placement on the XMB.”

It was leaked that Killzone 3 was in production for awhile now. It’s no surprise to us that Guerilla Games would be making a new chapter to the Killzone series after Killzone 2′s cliffhanger. The only sole evidence we have of Killzone 3 is this image that has leaked acorss the internet at high speeds. From what I’ve read, Naughty Dog gave Guerilla permission to use their engine tools to design Killzone 3. Fun fact, isn’t it?

As we can assume, Assassin’s Creed: Brotherhood will, most likely, be an Online Multiplayer game. Ubisoft hasn’t released much regarding their future title, but it certainly has me on my toes. Judging from the photos, Ezio will be making an appearance in Ubi’s future title as well.
