Gaming legend Taito returns with a new take on the Rainbow Islands series.
One of the reasons I still play my Nintendo Wii religiously is due to the fact that I can relive all of the games I played and loved as I grew up in the 1980’s and 1990’s. If you are an older gamer like myself, I am sure you also love that many of the great game developers that we grew up supporting now brings classic remakes to the gaming public.

We saw this with Capcom, Hudson and Sega. It seems another legendary game company is also jumping in the mix with remakes. One of my favorite game companies growing up in the late 80’s was Taito. I fell in love with the NES version of “Renegade” and to this day I still break out the game on my Wii and relive some really good times from my childhood.
Taito also happened to make a classic arcade game by the name of “Rainbow Islands” back in 1987 based on the Bubble Bobble universe. In the past the game had seen many spin-offs on the NES (Nintendo Entertainment System), Sega Master System, Gameboy Color, Sega Saturn and Sony Playstation just to name a few consoles. I personally remember owning and playing the older NES version.

A new adventure arises for the once great Sonic the hedgehog with a new , yet familiar style of gaming that we actually loved at some point in time. Unfortunately, Sega has decided to split the action with a new playable character, Sonic the Werehog.
Now, I would like to say one thing. . . Sonic Unleashed is about the most bi-polar game you could ever play.
Sonic Unleashed is Divided between Day and Night time stages. Day stages give you the opportunity to play as Sonic the Hedgehog and Night are Were-hog Levels.

When I hear the name James Bond, I think of one man and only one man. And that man is Sean Connery. I grew up watching 007 because my father is a huge fan of the Ian Fleming series. I was even named after the great Sean Connery. And to this day nobody will be able to fill those shoes. I actually liked Roger Moore a bit as well, because he gave the Bond films a sense of humor. And who wouldn’t love the Jaws character.

The first murder mystery comes to the Nintendo Wii care of Agatha Christy and The Adventure Company.
I have always been a huge fan of horror. But another genre that I am fond of is the mystery genre. That includes movies, book and videogames. I particularly like games that are mystery-based. If sometimes takes you away from the modern games of shooting and mayhem. So when I heard about Agatha Christie: And Then There Were None coming to the Wii I was actually looking forward to playing it.

It started June 23, 1991. One of the greatest rivalries in Video Game history sparked up that day. Many fan-boys cried out in pain. Many died. Many. They lost fan-boy battles, they won fan-boy battles. Whether it was at school, at home, or here on the Internet, the fan-boys were there. Many created flash videos, many created forums. But, what happens when the characters finally meet? No, this isn’t on a flash video. Its on a video game, officially. What happens when they go at it head to head? They fight to the death! What happens!?!?!
